Texas children's global began operating as of october 1, 2023. Texas children's global partners with organizations, in various countries, to share extensive knowledge and expert technical assistance, staff presence, and support for physical infrastructure. Texas children's global also operates 11 clinical centers of excellence and 9 satellites for integrated maternal and child health services in parts of sub-saharan africa, latin america and romania, including a tuberculosis center in eswatini and a maternal health center in malawi.
