Certain behavioral health professional services associated with the children's hospital of philadelphia (chop) department of child and adolescent psychiatry and behavioral services (dcapbs) are billed through the organization. With respect to this activity, chop's financial assistance policies are followed for all eligible patients/families. The organization also adheres to chop's conflicts of interest policies.
