The corporation shall own and operate a catholic hospital system and other health care facilities governed, operated and managed according to the ethical and religious directives for catholic health care services, as promulgated by the united states conference of catholic bishops to further the goals of providing the counties of morris and sussex, new jersey, and nearby areas, with a health care system.
