The organization provided management and administrative services to its tax exempt affiliates. These affiliates included: a full service hospital providing acute care, behavioral health, and rehabilitation services; a continuing care retirement community providing residential and health care services to elderly persons; and a home health agency providing services to the aged and their care givers. The affiliates ceased operations as of october, 2015.
