What They Do

Homecare: to provide and assure equal and timely access to a comprehensive array of client-directed quality home health care. These services include visits from registered nurses, rehabilitative therapists, social workers, home health aides and registered nutritionists. These services included 6,273 admissions, 104,204 home visits and free care totaling $105,754 during the tax year.

Visiting hospice: the hospice program provided healthcare and comfort for 231 terminally ill patients within the community.

Residental hospice - sussman house: the sussman house is a 7 bed hospice facility. This house enhances the visiting hospice program by giving patients a place to go for general inpatient care which is part of our continuum of care. The sussman house also offers a place for patients to go for respite care. During the tax year, a total of 301 patients were provided care.
