St. Mary's Residences is a not-for-profit corporation which owns and operates an independent-living housing project in Lewiston, Maine. It consists of 128 private apartments reserved exclusively for the elderly and/or handicapped. It offers tenants the independence of living on their own with some extra help when needed. St. Mary's Residences' housing gives the elderly the opportunity to combine independent living with support services.
