Jamestown lutheran housing corporation, d/b/a lutheran village at jamestown (the "corporation") operates a 27-unit apartment complex located in mercer county, pennsylvania under section 202 of the national housing ACT (the "ACT"), which provides housing for low income elderly individuals. The corporation is regulated by the u.s. Department of housing and urban development ("HUD") with respect to rental charges, operating expenses, distributions to officers or directors, and operating methods. The lutheran service society of western pennsylvania ("LSS") is the sole member of the corporation.
