Resource Personnel employs and leases out various healthcare administrative personnel who provide administrator services to related tax-exempt nursing home organizations.During 2024, the entity was in wind-down after the sale of the related tax-exempt nursing home organizations in June, 2023 to an unrelated party in an arm's length transaction. The remaining assets were distributed to its sole member in accordance with its corporate Bylaws and legally dissolved as of 8/07/2024.
