Healthy wisconsin alliance, INC. Is organized for the promotion of the social welfare of the citizens of wisconsin, including: to promote, develop, define and encourage distribution of information about wisconsin's health care climate and the importance of enabling high quality health care to the general public of wisconsin; to represent the interests of the corporation to affiliated organizations and other parties; to enter any and all contracts necessary to advance the purposes of the corporation; to foster, encourage, and coordinate the development of public policies that will lead to high quality health care and a higher quality of life for wisconsin citizens; and to engage in other activities to facilitate public education and promote the betterment of the community as a whole.
