What They Do

During the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, The Concord Fund produced radio and television advertisements regarding significant legal and civic issues, court packing, executive branch appointments, federalism, and civic accountability. The Organization also maintained websites and produced newsletters promoting the confirmation of various judicial nominees as well as highlighting the news of judicial confirmations at the federal and state level. The Organization conducted media and public presentations covering judicial and executive branch nominations, potential Supreme Court vacancies, major Supreme Court cases being considered, previews of the upcoming term, and principles of federalism and civic accountability. Grants were also made to other organizations to facilitate these activities and help strengthen the rule of law, reinforce the view of a fair and impartial judiciary, and promote fidelity to the principles of federalism and civic accountability.
