During FY 2024, inglis gardens at germantown maintained 90-95% occupancy in its 14 apartments.inglis gardens at germantown opened in october 2007 and features 10 one-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom accessible apartments designed for people with physical disabilities who require wheelchairs.
