The TCF real estate foundation is organized to further the mission of triangle community foundation, and support the triangle community foundation by receiving, managing, and selling gifts of real estate. Proceeds of the sales are granted to triangle community foundation to support philanthropic activities. The TCF real estate foundation also furthers the mission of the triangle community foundation by connecting philanthropic resources with community needs.
