Eddy licensed home care agency (elhca) is a state-licensed home care agency. The agency works with hospital personnel, physicians, community agencies, and patients and their families to develop a unique plan of care that increases the range of services traditionally provided in the home.the agency was closed as of may 2, 2023 after receiving approval of its closure plan from the new york state department of health.
