CHC: creating healthier communities partners with the combined federal campaign (CFC) and various private sector workplace giving campaigns to raise funds on behalf of its charity partners and other nonprofit organizations. As a founding partner of the CFC since its establishment in 1961, CHC has played a central role in facilitating charitable contributions from federal employees. Since the inception of the CFC, CHC has helped raise over $8.6 billion in pledges to support local, national, and international charities.through its workplace giving program, CHC manages the end-to-end process of campaign participation for its charity partners. This includes:reviewing and providing quality assurance on campaign applications, collecting and processing pledge data and donor information, distributing payments and donor designations to participating charities, offering access to a secure partner portal for reporting and resource management.in addition to fundraising, CHC supports volunteer engagement through a dedicated platform that connects campaigns and donors with service opportunities at partner organizations. CHC also facilitates giving through its purpose platform, an innovative digital solution that enables campaigns to raise funds and engage donors more effectively.program service expenses reflect the disbursement of funds to charity partners and the administrative costs directly associated with managing these distributions and campaign operations.

The program supports initiatives that promote access and community-driven solutions across a range of health and social issues.through strategic partnerships, grantmaking, and capacity-building efforts, CHC works with nonprofit organizations, community leaders, and health systems to implement programs that target the social determinants of health. These efforts include:funding and technical assistance for grassroots organizations, convening stakeholders to share best practices and drive policy change, supporting data-driven approaches to measure and improve health outcomes, facilitating cross-sector collaboration to scale effective interventions.the program also includes CHC's work in public education, advocacy, and research to inform health policies and practices.
