Maimonides midwood community hospital (MMCH) is a voluntary, not for profit community hospital serving the patient community of brooklyn, NY. It is organized as a 501(c)(3) corporation. MMCH provides needed medical care regardless of an individual's ability to pay. Services include inpatient, ancillary and outpatient care in keeping with the hospital's mission statement. During 2024, MMCH serviced approximatly 5,700 inpatients, providing approximatly 35,000 patient days. The emergency room had approximatly 24,500 visits and ambulatory surgery had approximately 4,550 visits. In 2024, MMCH 's infusion center which generated approximatly 6,000 infusions and, the MRI suite performed approximatly 2,700 scans were performed. A new pci/cardio cath lab was opened in 2024 which performed approximately 65 procedures.
