Support is provided to people and families across the lifespan. Services are provided in individual apartments, licensed community companion homes, and family homes. People are supported to achieve their independence, make appropriate personal choices, achieve goals related to work, community participation, and retirement activities.

Nursing services: comprehensive nursing services address the needs of adults and children with intellectual disability, developmental disability, and autism. Nurses provide assessment, routine support, coordination of care, and written health reports. Nursing services includes RN on call, which makes a registered nurse available by phone 24 hours a day. Nursing services are also available on contract to other area non-profits.
