CSMS is comprised of connecticut physicians organized for the purpose of promoting the art and science of medicine and the betterment of public health in cooperation with the american medical association, other state medical societies, county medical associations and other various specialty societies. CSMS collects dues and fees from its physician members, which are used for the benefit of fulfilling CSMS' purpose.
