mission statement

The purpose of Lifespan of Massachusetts, Inc. (Lifespan of MA) is to support the mission and purposes of Lifespan Corporation and its tax-exempt affiliates by allowing their health care operations to expand into the neighboring state of Massachusetts. Lifespan of Massachusetts, Inc. continued to be dormant throughout the fiscal year ended September 30, 2021, but remains in existence pending any future expansion.
