The organization raises funds through workplace campaigns, corporate gifts, sponsorships, government and foundation grants and individual donations. The organization invests these resources in support of three priority community issues: early childhood development, positive youth development, and economic prosperity. The organization partners with a variety of nonprofit organizations in berkshire county, including 18 degrees, habitat for humanity, and greenagers. The organization leads several initiatives to address community needs. In fye 6/30/24 general operating support was funded across many local organizations.
