The Foundation is organized to perform health education. We also organize and support programs and services that reduce risks and complications that compromise health status and obtain and promote assets that improve health status.On April 4, 2016, the Board of Trustees approved the transfer of the Foundation's assets to Windsor Hospital Corporation in order to utilize the Hospital as the primary driver of community health and placed the Foundation on hold until a time that its structure is needed.
