("vahhs") assists its members to improve the health and status of vermonters, works with its members to improve the delivery of the health care to vermonters, influences the political, economic, social and regulatory environment in ways to support the national delivery of health care services to vermonters and supports coordination of its members' health care services with other health or social services organizations.
